Shipping Policy
Warehouse Location:
Please note that orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States
Orders placed from the U.S.A. that ship to a U.S. will be shipped to you from the U.S. warehouse which is centrally locationed within the United States.
Processing and Deleivery Hours:
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays would be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
The warehouse may take up-to two days to ship an order. Please allow three days for a tracking number. If you receive a tracking number which the system shows as "label printed", this generally means that the truck has picked up your shipment but the truck has not yet arroved at the trucking terminal. This is more common if an order gets picked up at the end of the week. Simply, be patent your shipment will show up in the shippers system as soon as the truck, or package gets scanned at the terminal.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.
Pre-Ordered Items:
Some pre-ordered items will not be shipped until a later date as indicated in the product description.
P.O. Boxes:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Covid NoticeL
Due to the influence of COVID-19 processing and/or shipment times could be longer than usual. Delivery times for some orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please bear with us as we do our best to provide the best possible service to our customers.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with Shipping label on them.
Packages shipped must be signed for at the time of delivery. Please be available. acdept and sign for your package.
Special Notes:
If the outer packing is broken or out of shape you should have the delivery person make a note of it on this paperwork. You should also accept the shipment, open it and see if their are any damaged parts. If there is a problem with any of the parts, then please contact us so that we can make a determination as to the best solution. At times sending you a replacment part is a quick solution. We will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
For any issues, please contact our Customer service with the information below:
Email us with your order number and the product code (SKU number).
Please send us the clear pictures of the outer packaging, the shipping label, weight of the package and the item you received. If a part is needed let us know and send a picture of the part and circle the part in the manuals parts pages.
All returns must first be authorized by iENYRID's Support Team prior to return. Please kindly refer to the following steps in " How to a request warranty" below. For incomplete warranty requests, iENYRID reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again iENYRID reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, iENYRID will offer an alternative solution.

DOA (Dead on arrival) items
If the product has arrived broken, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received it and then follow the 7 Days Product Guarantee.
About unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from its delivery date to receive a refund of your purchase minus the shipping fees or an exchange. You will have to pay the shipping fees both ways if the reason is not related to our mistake. Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and in the same conditions in which you received it.
